The name Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya is derived from the Sylvin language, as Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya was founded by Zlkèbm, who was culturaly Rattu.

Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1283, by Zlkèbm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious paverstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes
Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is long in Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya.
The Bonewrought Willow near Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves ritual combat to channel Transmutation energies of tier 3 via proclamations.

If the settlement is prosperous, the locals often lament how much more they could have had. If the settlement is not prosperous, the locals blame their ill fortunes on that event. Reminders of this better time can be found in many places within Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami granted the town a great harvest. One of Kûmu̹ Bu̽zâbi Gûchya's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
